Lauren can remember cooking as young as 5 years old. Her grandmother would pull up a stool and put Lauren to work making greens and other traditional soul food dishes. It was then that Lauren understood her love of food and watched how it unified family and community.

Fast-forward to 2013, Lauren took her cooking to the next level by catering small parties and events for close family and friends. Word quickly spread about Lauren’s talents in the kitchen, and she dove into expanding her hobby into a successful business.

As a wife and mother to 3 amazing children, Lauren always makes time to pass down her traditions while keeping family at the center of her work.
